We are seeking a Client Associate to join our Financial Planning team on a permanent, full-time basis, based in Brisbane or Melbourne. This is more than an administrative role — you will be the client's first point of contact, the connective link across a small Adviser team, and the person who ensures every interaction is handled smoothly and professionally.

Your role, your contribution!

As the first point of contact for new clients, you will help set the tone for their experience with us, while managing workflow behind the scenes using Findex systems and processes. You will:

  • Manage client relationships day-to-day, including responding to queries,
  • Coordinating work across the team and attending to same-day requests as the team's primary client contact,
  • Working closely with your Team Leader to support the team's goals and maintain a high standard of service, and
  • Covering reception as required.

What you bring to the role

  • Solid Client Services experience in a similar role/environment.

  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of the financial planning process.

  • Solid experience working on Investment Platforms.

  • A genuine team player attitude and ability to empower other people to learn and develop.

Desirable but not essential

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning Support).
