About the role

Work closely with partners and senior lawyers across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions, including asset and share acquisitions and disposals.
• Joint ventures and other commercial arrangements.
• Capital raisings for listed and unlisted clients.
• Corporate governance and general corporate advisory.
• Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance.
• Due diligence and transaction management.
• Energy and resources-related corporate transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements.

The ideal candidate

• Have 2–3 years’ PQE in corporate law.
• Sound understanding of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
• Strong drafting and communication skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• You will be commercially minded, detail-oriented and keen to continue developing your career within a supportive and high-performing team .
