An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Enterprise FP&A team. Supporting several key corporate functions across the business, you'll work closely with senior leaders from Finance, People & Culture, CIO and other corporate functions to provide commercial insights, challenge thinking, improve processes and help drive informed decision making.

This is a highly visible role offering exposure to senior leadership, the opportunity to influence strategic outcomes and the chance to contribute to the ongoing evolution of our planning, reporting and performance management capability.

A commercially minded finance professional who excels at stakeholder engagement, enjoys solving complex business challenges and can confidently partner with senior leaders to drive performance and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with senior leaders across Finance, People & Culture, CIO and other corporate functions as a trusted advisor to drive accountability and challenge assumptions to improve business results.
  • Lead the reporting, forecasting and analysis of corporate overheads, providing accurate insights that support business performance and strategic decision making.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve controls and enhance ways of working through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the ongoing evolution of planning and reporting systems, helping deliver greater transparency, consistency and efficiency across the organisation.

About You

You're passionate about understanding how a business operates and using financial insights to influence better decisions. You thrive in complex environments where stakeholder engagement is critical, and you're looking for a role that offers genuine visibility, challenge and future career opportunities within a leading ASX listed organisation.

Experience & Skills That Count

  • CA or CPA qualified with strong experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or commercial finance roles.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders within a complex, large scale or listed corporate environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence and credibility to engage, influence and challenge senior leaders.
  • Experience delivering financial planning, forecasting, reporting and meaningful driver based analysis.
  • Experience with Anaplan, SAP or similar enterprise planning and reporting systems is advantageous.
