As a Fleet Services Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and operational support across a range of fleet management activities, including CTP and registration renewals, fuel cards, driver kits, tolls, and infringements.
- Customer service, administration, retail, or hospitality experience.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and support fleet services, including fuel cards, tolls, registrations, and infringements.
- Deliver timely, accurate service while meeting agreed service standards and deadlines.
- Take ownership of customer requests and work to resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational outcomes and enhance the customer experience.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and in line with company procedures.
