What You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing end-to-end supply chain activities for a major data centre customer across fleet, plant and critical equipment categories
- Coordinating the procurement, importation and delivery of heavy fleet, generators, mechanical and electrical equipment to site
- Managing freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics partners to ensure smooth customs clearance and project delivery
- Monitoring equipment availability, delivery schedules and inventory levels to support construction and operational requirements
- Building strong relationships with vendors, service providers and key customer stakeholders
- Identifying supply chain risks and implementing mitigation plans to minimise project disruption
- Providing regular reporting on procurement status, logistics performance, costs and key supply chain metrics
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, logistics and fleet management processes
What You Bring
- Proven experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics roles managing heavy fleet, plant, generators or industrial equipment
- Strong knowledge of international freight, importation processes and customs clearance requirements
- Experience coordinating equipment deliveries to large-scale infrastructure, construction, industrial or data centre projects
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across suppliers, logistics providers and client teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating suppliers and managing procurement activities
- Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously within a client environment

- Critical fleet, plant and equipment are delivered on time and available when required
- Imports and customs clearances are managed efficiently with minimal delays
- Strong, trusted relationships are built with customer stakeholders and suppliers
- Supply chain risks are proactively identified and mitigated before impacting operations
- Cost, service and delivery performance targets are consistently achieved
- The customer views you as a trusted partner and an extension of their team
