Intelligence Technology Architect (Azure Data Services)

We are currently looking for a Intelligence Technology Architect for a large state government department on an exiting new technology program of work that has just commenced. This architect will design and govern the technology underpinning a new centralised intelligence hub, including analytics, intelligence, operational reporting, data integration, AI capabilities and associated business systems. They will work across multiple project workstreams, collaborating with Data & AI Architects, security architects, developers and technical specialists to ensure solutions are integrated, secure, scalable and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Ideally You Will Have

• 10+ years’ architecture experience across Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or closely related architecture roles.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud, analytics, intelligence, digital transformation or business application solutions.
• Strong Microsoft Azure architecture experience, particularly Azure Data Services.
• Strong data/integration architecture experience – data integration, enterprise application integration and information management.
• Experience with analytics platforms and operational reporting.
• Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, including governance, privacy, Responsible AI and human oversight.
• Strong understanding of security architecture, identity/access management, information security and data protection

Contract Details

• Initial contract until 26.02.27 + planned 12 month extension
• Up to $159.46/hour inc super (OR $1275.72/day inc super)
• Brisbane CBD location (2 days WFH pw))
