Junior Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a switched-on Junior Project Coordinator to join our growing technology business in Shepparton.

No previous industry experience or qualifications are required. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable using computers, learns quickly, has strong attention to detail and is willing to work hard.

You’ll work alongside our team across real client projects, helping with project delivery, documentation, service updates, client communication and a range of technology-based tasks.

Assisting with technology and digital projects

Communicating with clients and providing updates

Preparing and maintaining documentation

Reviewing work and ensuring it meets our standards

Testing and checking completed work

Helping keep projects organised and on schedule

Learning and using new technology and software

We offer good casual pay with performance bonuses, flexible hours and full on-the-job training.

Hours can be structured around school, university, family commitments or other responsibilities. Training will initially take place from our Shepparton office, with hybrid work available once you're comfortable in the role.
