The full-time Membership Specialist supports the onboarding of Crown Sydney members by delivering a customer-focused experience while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. As a frontline representative of our Membership team, you will guide guests through the membership application process, conduct identity and verification checks, and maintain accurate records in a highly regulated environment.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, professional, and aligned with Crown's values.
Facilitate membership onboarding, including identity verification, membership applications, and relevant screening processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Accurately validate customer information and documentation while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
Ensure data accuracy through diligent record-keeping, reporting, and system management.
Operate as a trusted frontline representative, balancing exceptional guest service with regulatory obligations.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as AML/CTF, KYC, and Privacy is advantageous but not essential.
About You
Experience in a customer-facing role such as onboarding, registration, rewards and loyalty, front office, reservations, reception, banking, financial services or hotel operations.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record management, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to work within regulated environments where compliance and accuracy are critical.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume frontline environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team mindset.
Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate Casino Employee Licences, including probity and credit clearance.
Proficiency in Mandarin or another second language is highly regarded.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster across a 24/7 operation, including day, evening and overnight shifts.
Commitment to peak trade shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, plus one additional weekday.
