About The Role

Working closely with customers, Product and Technology & Delivery teams, you’ll bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, helping shape effective software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Business Analysts.
  • Own and improve BA standards, methodologies and quality practices.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
  • Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and facilitate solution discussions.
  • Develop business requirements, user stories and supporting documentation.
  • Provide expert BA guidance across projects and complex analysis activities.
  • Support backlog management, prioritisation and delivery planning.
  • Build strong relationships across Product, Technology & Delivery teams.
  • Foster a collaborative, customer-focused and high-performing team culture.

About You

You’ll bring proven experience leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts, alongside strong experience across the software development lifecycle.

You Will Ideally Have

  • Extensive experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of BA methodologies and best practice.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments is desirable.
  • Relevant IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.

If you’re a technically strong BA leader who enjoys developing people, solving complex problems and connecting stakeholders with delivery teams, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact.
