Warehouse Team Member

Start your career with a company that invests in it`s people

We're looking for our next Warehouse Team Member to join our team in Dandenong South - and this one comes with real growth potential. This role has opened up because a valued team member was promoted internally, which is exactly the kind of opportunity we want to keep creating. At Element Logic, we don't just fill warehouse roles - we build careers. If you're reliable, safety-conscious, enjoy hands-on work, and want to join a team that will invest in your development from day one, we want to hear from you.

As part of a global warehouse automation business, you'll learn from experienced colleagues, build practical skills, and play a real part in delivering solutions that help our customers run smarter, more efficient operations.

About The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be a key part of keeping our warehouse operations safe, efficient and accurate. This is a great entry point for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience and a clear path to grow - whether you're looking to build on existing warehouse experience or step up into more responsibility over time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
• Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock
• Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers
• Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (licence required - see below)
• Assisting with stocktakes and inventory management
• Assembling products and custom orders when required
• Completing local deliveries using a company vehicle when needed
• Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment
• Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse

Essential

What We're Looking For

• A current forklift licence
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
• Australian working rights

Highly Regarded (not essential - we'll help you build these)

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Experience loading/unloading trucks
• Experience using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Inventory or stock management experience
• A customer-focused mindset
• Strong organisational and time management skills

The Person We're Looking For

Someone who takes pride in doing things properly and puts safety first in everything they do. You enjoy practical, hands-on work, bring a proactive can-do attitude, and work well with others. You're reliable, organised and genuinely keen to learn, someone looking to build a long-term career, not just their next job.

Why Join Us?

• Permanent full-time position with a stable Monday–Friday schedule
• Structured, ongoing training and development - we invest in building your skills from the ground up
• A genuine, proven track record of promoting from within (ask us about the person who held this role before you!)
• Supportive, collaborative team culture
• The chance to join a growing global organisation with real career pathways
• A workplace built on teamwork, respect and continuous improvement

If you're at the start of your career and want an employer who'll back your growth, this is the kind of role where that actually happens.
