About The Role

Dawn is looking for an experienced Full-Time Chef to join the kitchen team in Ocean Grove. You'll work alongside the Head Chef and existing kitchen team across breakfast, lunch and selected dinner services in a busy, established venue with a strong daytime trade and a growing Friday and Saturday night offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Run a section during high-volume service
• Contribute ideas for specials and menu development
• Maintain great presentation, consistency and attention to detail
• Manage food costs, portion control and wastage
• Work across breakfast, lunch and selected dinner services

About You

• Strong experience in a busy commercial kitchen
• Genuine passion for food, produce and current food trends
• Organised, reliable and good to work with
• Availability across weekends and some evenings
