The Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Lead to work directly with our CEO and Founder and own customer success end to end: onboarding, retention, expansion, and outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Own onboarding for new clinics coming onto CareGP, making sure the transition is smooth from day one
  • Own retention and the ongoing health of your customer base
  • Own expansion within existing accounts as clinics see more value from the product
  • Own outcomes, making sure customers are actually getting results, not just using the product

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years in customer-facing roles, ideally SaaS
  • Early stage to growth stage startup experience, and you enjoy this phase
  • Sharp, fast, and commercially minded
  • Love building, and delivering world-class customer service and results
