Oakmont Finance is looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our growing team in Epping, Victoria.

An experienced Finance Broker; or

A finance administration professional who is eager to learn our business and develop a long-term career in finance.

THE ROLE

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with finance applications from enquiry through to settlement

• Collecting and reviewing client information

• Preparing lender submissions

• Communicating with clients, lenders and referral partners

• Following up outstanding applications and documents

• Updating our CRM and maintaining accurate client records

• Supporting compliance and file-management requirements

• Learning lender policies and identifying suitable finance solutions

• Helping develop and maintain long-term client relationships

• Communicates confidently and professionally

• Has strong attention to detail

• Is organised and comfortable working with deadlines

• Has good computer and CRM skills

• Is willing to learn and take responsibility

• Works well in a team environment

• Has a positive, client-focused attitude

Experience in finance, banking, mortgage broking, asset finance, accounting or administration will be highly regarded.

For an experienced broker, relevant finance-broking qualifications and industry experience are preferred.
