A great opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator / Project Administrator to join a growing and well-established luxury residential custom builder in Queensland.

You’ll coordinate residential projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, Site Supervisors, suppliers and internal teams to keep projects organised and progressing smoothly.

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in residential construction administration, pre-construction, contracts administration or project coordination, ideally with experience in volume or custom home building.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and construction/project management systems.
• Experience with residential construction management software, such as ClickHome or similar platforms, would be advantageous.
• Cert IV in Building & Construction, Business Administration or a related qualification will be highly regarded.

The Role

• Coordinate residential building projects from contract through to construction completion.
• Manage contracts, specifications, variations and project documentation.
• Monitor project milestones, programmes, EOTs and key delivery dates.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, trades and internal teams to keep projects progressing smoothly.
• Coordinate inspections, certifications, practical completion and handover requirements.
