What You Will Be Doing

• Undertaking litter collection and general cleaning activities across council areas
• Maintaining streets, footpaths, parks, reserves, and public facilities
• Operating plant, equipment, and hand-held motorised tools safely and effectively
• Assisting with waste management, maintenance, and environmental improvement activities
• Responding to customer requests and community enquiries in a professional manner
• Completing minor maintenance and horticultural tasks as required

What You Will Need

• Previous experience in cleaning, waste management, civil maintenance, parks and gardens, or a similar field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage workloads effectively
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
• Experience operating plant, equipment, and motorised tools
