Job Description :

  • Define enterprise data architecture, standards, and governance
  • Design end-to-end data solutions including ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics
  • Lead data platform modernization (on-prem to cloud)
  • Ensure data quality, security, lineage, and compliance
  • Collaborate with business, analytics, and AI teams
  • Guide implementation teams and review data models and designs

AWS Data Architects need to know a lot about core AWS data services. This includes:

  • AWS Glue for data integration and ETL operations
  • Amazon Redshift for data warehousing and analytics
  • Amazon Kinesis for real-time data processing
  • Amazon S3 for scalable storage solutions

Knowing these services well is key to creating efficient data pipelines and systems.
