Supervisors Ringwood/Casual

Founded by three mates in 2013, Varsity has grown from your favourite student bar in to an entertainment hub! Serving up tasty burgers, saucy wings and cold beers across 9 venues in Perth, we've now levelled up in to the arcade and bowling sphere!

Now we take over Melbourne, opening our first East Coast venue in Ringwood.

Varsity provides a fun, positive, and career focused environment for our teams to learn, grow and deliver on our motto - Good Times Always!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the crew and keeping shifts running smoothly
• Delivering epic guest experiences across food, bev and entertainment
• Coaching, training and supporting your team
• Keeping an eye on service, safety and venue standards
• Solving the occasional “well, this wasn’t in the training manual” situation
• Working alongside the management team to make Varsity Midland the place to be

Who We’re Looking For

You might already be a Supervisor, or you might be a hospo gun ready to step into leadership.

Either Way, We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has hospitality experience and knows what a busy service looks like
• Can lead a team and bring good energy to a shift
• Is confident making decisions when the pressure is on
• Actually enjoys working with people
• Is available across nights, weekends and public holidays
• Has an RSA or is willing to obtain one

Why Varsity?

You’re not walking into someone else’s venue. You’ll be part of the opening leadership team and help build the culture at Varsity Midland from the ground up.

We’ll bring the training, development, staff perks and opportunities to grow.

You bring the leadership, personality and ability to survive a Saturday night without losing your mind.

Sound like you?
