Physiotherapist
Move for Better Health
Move for Better Health (MFBH) is a privately owned allied health group with three clinics across Adelaide. Our integrated, multi-disciplinary model - Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry and Psychology - delivers evidence-based care for patients and a genuinely supportive, values-driven workplace for our team.
We are seeking experienced Physiotherapists for two separate part-time positions: one at our Magill clinic and one at our Malvern clinic. These positions can also be combined into one full-time role across both sites.
About the Role
Apply for a part-time position at either Magill or Malvern, or a full-time role working across both clinics.
We offer flexibility in shifts and working hours.
You’ll manage a varied caseload, including:
Conducting comprehensive assessments
Delivering effective, evidence-based treatment
Developing tailored management plans to achieve long-term outcomes and promote better health for all our patients
This is a part-time position, with flexible shifts and working hours.
Why you’ll love working here
Mixed caseload across MSK assessments, treatments and small-group exercise/Pilates.
Longer appointment times so you can provide better care (and think, not rush).
Excellent onsite facilities: private consulting rooms, large strength & conditioning gym, and Pilates studio
True multi-disciplinary collaboration with Physio, Podiatry and Psychology under one roof.
Mentoring & PD: regular in-house group PD (often with external presenters)
Advanced/complex caseload opportunities, including additional training in managing patients with hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)
Great culture: values-led, friendly, and outcomes-focused.
High-quality, evidence-based MSK physiotherapy across a varied private practice caseload.
Strong hands-on assessment and treatment skills.
Experience in running group and 1:1 exercise or Pilates-based sessions
Confidence in collaborating closely with our EP/Podiatry/Psych teams for shared patient outcomes.
Willingness to contribute to case discussions, PD and quality improvement activities
A high standard of professionalism, including timely and accurate clinical documentation
What you’ll bring
AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (unrestricted) and full working rights in Australia.
A genuine willingness to learn and develop, with a strong work ethic and team mindset
Experience in private practice in Australia, ideally with APA Titling or relevant postgraduate qualifications in Musculoskeletal, Sports and/or Women’s Health Physiotherapy (desirable but not essential)
Experience with hypermobility, EDS and/or POTS (highly regarded, but not essential)
How to apply
CV (maximum 2 pages, including two referees), and
One-page cover letter outlining your interest and fit for the role. Please indicate in your cover letter whether you’re interested in the Magill part-time position, the Malvern part-time position, or the combined full-time role.
