Duties

• Manage tenders from initial review to submission
• Prepare estimates, BOQs and subcontractor comparisons
• Review documentation, identify scope gaps and project risks
• Obtain and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Manage RFIs, clarifications and tender documentation
• Identify value engineering opportunities and competitive solutions

Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years' estimating experience with a commercial head contractor
• Experience across newbuild, industrial, education, healthcare and/or refurbishment
• Strong understanding of D&C, ECI and Construct Only projects
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Cubit, CostX, Estimate One or Procore experience advantageous
