The Opportunity

Sydney | $250k–$280k TPV + 30–40% STI

An established property investment and funds management group is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to take ownership of a commercial office portfolio.

This is a senior, hands-on position focused on asset stabilisation, leasing, income growth and driving asset performance.

You'll join an experienced investment team with genuine autonomy, direct access to senior decision-makers and the opportunity to influence asset strategy.

The Role

• Lead asset management strategies across commercial office assets.
• Drive asset stabilisation, vacancy reduction and leasing outcomes.
• Develop and execute asset business plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to increase NOI, rental income and asset values.
• Oversee leasing agents, property managers and external consultants.
• Manage CAPEX, refurbishment and asset repositioning initiatives.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in tenant relationships and operational matters.
• Work closely with senior leadership on investment and portfolio performance.

About You

• Strong commercial office asset management experience.
• Background in property funds, investment management or landlord-side ownership.
• Proven track record in leasing, asset stabilisation and income growth.
• Strong financial acumen across budgets, valuations and asset reporting.
• Experience managing capital works and external service providers.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable getting into the operational detail.
• Ideally experienced within a smaller, agile investment environment.
