Job Description
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to elderly individuals in residential aged care facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility
- Support residents' comfort, dignity, and independence
- Monitor and report changes in a resident's health or behaviour to the nurse in charge
- Follow infection control standards and Australian Aged Care regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care
- Communicate respectfully with residents, their families, and the care team
- Use email, smartphones, and basic computer software (Microsoft)

About The Candidate
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent
- Valid NDIS Clearance
- Current Manual Handling Training certification
- Current CPR (1 year) and First Aid (up to 3 years) certifications
- Good understanding of Infection Control Standards in Australian Aged Care
- Familiarity with the new Aged Care Standards, including SIRS, is desirable
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in Australia
