About the Role

Our client is a well-established builder-developer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality commercial and multi-residential developments across Brisbane. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of a high-rise apartment project in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily site operations, subcontractors and site teams.
  • Drive the construction programme and coordinate all site activities.
  • Monitor project progress, quality and HSEQ compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager delivering high-rise apartment or multi-residential projects.
  • Proven ability to lead site teams and effectively manage subcontractors.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, HSEQ and site compliance.
  • QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is essential.
