Role: Business Analyst/Project Manager

Location:Sydney

Duration:FTE

We are seeking an experienced Pega Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders, technical teams and solution architects to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Pega-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, workflow design and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvement using Pega.
• Work closely with Pega developers, System Architects, Solution Architects and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Support the design and implementation of Pega case management, workflows, business rules and application solutions.
• Prepare process flows, business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications and supporting documentation.

Job Title: Pega Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pega Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery and implementation of Pega-based enterprise applications. The successful candidate will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, stakeholders and multidisciplinary delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega implementation, enhancement and transformation projects.
• Develop project plans, delivery schedules, resource plans and project governance frameworks.
• Manage project scope, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, issues and change requests.
• Coordinate Pega Business Analysts, System Architects, Solution Architects, developers, testers and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure requirements, solution design and delivery outcomes remain aligned.
• Manage Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, progress tracking, backlog dependencies and release coordination.
• Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee updates and stakeholder communications.
