Hodgkison is seeking an experienced BIM/Revit Documenter to support the documentation and delivery of multiple significant projects across Adelaide.

This opportunity offers the chance to work within an established BIM Execution Plan, contributing to the development of complex, high-quality building models while collaborating with a highly skilled architectural and engineering team.

About the Role

As a BIM/Revit Documenter, you will:

  • Prepare and manage project documentation using Revit.
  • Develop and maintain detailed BIM models in accordance with project BIM Execution Plans.
  • Work closely with architects, consultants and engineers to coordinate design information.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality project documentation across multiple developments.
  • Contribute to model coordination, clash detection and documentation standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in BIM modelling and Revit documentation.
  • Strong understanding of architectural documentation processes.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Duration: Approximately 3-4 months
