• Established for over 20 years, with a team of 4 partners and 40 +staff
• Multi-disciplinary firm services across accounting, tax, bookkeeping, wealth and risk
• Consistent growth of 10% to 15% per annum
• Strong, diverse client base of SMEs, family groups and corporates across all industries
• Collaborative, people-first culture built on open and honest communication

THE ROLE

• Senior Manager / Associate Director role with a clear pathway to equity
• Manage and review a portfolio of complex business services and tax clients
• Lead, mentor and develop staff, helping build the firm's next generation of leaders
• Act as a trusted adviser on tax planning, structuring, advisory and growth strategies
• Contribute to BD and cross-referral opportunities across the group
• Have a voice at leadership level on process improvement, strategy and future direction

YOU

• CA or CPA qualified
• Experienced Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director from public practice
• Strong technical accounting and tax skills, with experience reviewing complex work
• Proven ability to build client relationships and develop people
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of what drives profit in a firm
