We’re working with a highly regarded law firm looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident managing conveyancing matters, enjoys working autonomously and values clear, professional communication with clients, agents and colleagues.

• $90,000–$95,000 base + super
• 4 days working from home
• 1 day in the office – Wednesdays

About you

You’ll be someone who communicates respectfully and professionally, can confidently complete tasks independently and is comfortable asking questions when clarification is needed.

You’ll understand the importance of keeping clients and agents informed throughout the conveyancing process, while managing deadlines and ensuring matters progress smoothly towards settlement.

A sound understanding of key conveyancing concepts, including time being of the essence and tendering for settlement, is important, along with strong attention to detail, organisation and independent problem-solving skills.
