$80K–$110K base + super

IMPORTANT: You MUST have previous MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience to be considered. Please do not apply if you haven't worked for an MSP.

Cipher Recruitment is looking for an experienced Level 3 Service Desk Engineer to join a growing IT services business following the onboarding of a new client!

You'll join a team of 16 Level 3 Engineers with strong networking backgrounds, working in a business of approximately 50 employees.

Key Skills & Experience

Proven senior-level support experience within an MSP or IT services environment

Level 3 Service Desk / Service Desk Engineering experience

Microsoft 365 Administration

Microsoft 365 & Azure

VMware & Hyper-V

Cisco/Meraki & Aruba networking

Windows Server, SQL & Active Directory

ITIL v4 Foundation knowledge or experience

Bonus points for:

• Microsoft Azure certifications
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
