Large-scale workforce transformation program

An exciting opportunity is available with a large Queensland Government department undertaking a significant workforce mobility and HR transformation initiative. This high-profile program will modernise workforce processes, improve employee experience, and deliver enhanced enterprise workforce capabilities across a complex operating environment.

As the Principal Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, project leaders, and delivery teams to drive requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design activities across the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business, user, process and data requirements analysis across the program
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across multiple business areas
• Analyse current and future state processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop high-quality business analysis artefacts and project documentation
• Provide expert advice on business process optimisation and solution outcomes
• Support successful project delivery through stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer

Key Skills

• Extensive experience as a Senior or Principal Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments
• Strong experience delivering large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) projects
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capabilities
• Proven requirements gathering, process modelling and business improvement expertise
• Experience working within large transformation or digital delivery programs
• SAP HCM experience highly regarded
