Location: Narre Warren (hybrid)

Rate: $64.95 - $70.79 + Super

Position Purpose

• Provide specialist support and operational assurance for Client's enterprise, line-ofbusiness, non-enterprise and business-supported applications, helping ensure the application landscape remains stable, secure, supportable and aligned to business needs.
• Support the Team Leader Application Support in delivering a mature Enterprise Application
• Support capability across application operations, lifecycle management, partner coordination, integrations, service catalogue accuracy, documentation, governance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Enterprise Application Operations and Support Provide day-to-day technical support, administration and operational monitoring for client enterprise and line-of-business applications.
• Triage, investigate and resolve application incidents, service requests and problems, escalating complex or unresolved matters to vendors, partners or internal Technology teams as appropriate.
• Monitor application performance, availability, known errors, recurring issues and support trends, contributing to reporting and improvement actions led by the Team Leader Application Support.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation, support procedures, knowledge articles, escalation pathways and application support information to support reliable service delivery.
• Support application-related major incidents and problems by assisting with diagnosis, restoration, vendor coordination, technical communications and post-incident remediation activities.
• Monitor, support and troubleshoot application integrations, data flows and interfaces between systems, coordinating with vendors, partners and internal Technology teams to restore service and address recurring issues.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, Software Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise and line-of-business applications in complex operational environment.
• Experience troubleshooting application incidents, service requests, defects and performance issues using structured analysis, diagnostic techniques and effective stakeholder communication.
• Working knowledge of SQL database concepts, querying, backup and recovery principles, application dependencies and database service management, with experience coordinating outcomes through vendors or managed service partners.
• Experience supporting application upgrades, releases, patching, testing, documentation, operational readiness and transition-to-support activities.
• Knowledge of IT service management practices, including incident, request, problem, change, knowledge, service catalogue and vendor escalation processes.
• Experience developing or maintaining scripts, automation, reports, integrations or operational tools to improve service delivery and reduce manual effort.
• Experience supporting system integrations, interfaces, APIs, scheduled data transfers or application-to-application data flows in an enterprise environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work with business stakeholders, vendors, service desk teams, technical teams and functional specialists.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, contribute to backlog visibility and deliver work within agreed timeframes.
