Synopsis

Manager Customer, Digital & Transformation Services This is an opportunity to lead the strategic direction of technology, information services and digital systems at Rural City of Wangaratta. As a member of Council's leadership team, you will guide the development and delivery of technology strategy, oversee key business and information systems, and ensure Council's technology and information services continue to meet the needs of the organisation now and into the future. Leading a team of specialists, you will drive major technology and digital initiatives, provide trusted advice across the organisation, oversee cyber security, information management and business systems, and help deliver continuous improvement through the effective use of technology. If you're an experienced leader who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery, this role offers the opportunity to shape services, influence organisational direction and make a genuine impact across Council.
