Synopsis

Senior ICT Delivery Officer Join our Technology & Data Services team and play a key role in delivering reliable ICT services across Council. This senior role combines technical leadership, service delivery coordination and team support, helping to ensure our systems, devices and digital services meet the needs of staff, Councillors and the community. In this role you will: Coordinate day to day ICT service delivery and operational activities Resolve complex technology issues and support service continuity Guide and support the ICT Delivery Officer Coordinate device lifecycle, deployments and technology upgrades Work with vendors and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes Contribute to service improvements, cyber security and ICT projects We're looking for an experienced ICT professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships, solve problems and help drive continuous improvement across Council
