Primary Objective: Lead and manage LDC’s commercial, property, strategy and communications functions to deliver strategic and commercial outcomes. Provide high-level commercial advice, manage complex land transactions and contractual negotiations, and oversee asset management, business development, strategic planning, marketing and communications activities. Support the Executive Director Operations in delivering LDC’s strategic priorities and operational objectives.
