Level 21/135 King Street, Sydney CBD | Full-time | $120K–$140K + super + bonuses

Rocket & Ash Immigration Law is hiring a Senior Associate to help our firm grow. We specialise in employer-sponsored and family visas giving businesses and families strategic support through Australia's extremely complex migration system.

What you'll do

• Run your own caseload from engagement to decision, we expect 20-30 active (not yet lodged) clients on your WIP.
• Host client consultations with Ines and manage the visa applications all the way to decision.
• Lead complex matters, refusals and ART review applications.
• Collaborate with our team of 4 in Sydney and one remote team member in Dubbo.
• Assist in creation of social media video content to promote the firm.

You're a great fit if you have

• 5+ years in Australian immigration law with a mix of both family and employer-sponsored visas.
• A current Australian practising certificate.
• Strong drafting, client and strategy skills.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers (if possible).
• Experience with Migration Manager, Google Workspace, Monday.com and Adobe.

Compensation

• A salary range of $120k–$140k based upon experience.
• Plus superannuation & other incentives.
• Paid fortnightly.
