We are working with a leading national firm who are looking for a newly qualified or junior lawyer to join their busy real estate team.

The role

The role will provide exposure to a broad range of transactional property, leasing, development and commercial real estate matters, working alongside experienced Partners and a supportive team.

You will be involved in:

• Managing a range of property transactions and leasing matters
• Drafting and negotiating commercial documents
• Providing commercially focused legal advice to clients
• Working closely with clients and key stakeholders
• Contributing to the wider team and mentoring junior lawyers

About you

• 1-2 years post admission experience in a real estate practice
• Strong drafting and
• negotiation skills
• A practical and commercial approach
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• A genuine interest in developing their property career
