Troocoo Government are supporting a key Queensland Government client with the recruitment of multiple AO3 Customer Experience Officers to join a high-performing contact centre team based in Mt Gravatt. These are full-time labour hire opportunities initially from the 16/11/2026 to 20/02/2027, paying $45 per hour + 12% super.

The Roles

The AO3 Customer Experience Officer will operate within a contact centre environment, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service across phone-based enquiries, with the potential to support webchat channels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage high-volume inbound calls, responding to a wide range of customer enquiries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve queries in line with policies and procedures.
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
• Support webchat interactions where required.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Meet individual and team KPIs within a structured call centre environment.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and first-call resolution.

About You

To be considered a competitive applicant for the AO3 Customer Experience Officer positions, you would demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience in a contact centre environment (essential).
• Background in insurance, banking or public sector is highly regarded.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle complex or sensitive enquiries.
• An ability to provide two references and pass a National Criminal History Check.
