Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Salesforce B2B Commerce, including buyer groups, price books, catalogs and entitlements.
  • Manage Experience Cloud storefronts, checkout and order processing.
  • Support Salesforce Order Management (OMS) and integrations.
  • Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permissions and security.
  • Monitor system logs, troubleshoot issues and resolve production incidents.
  • Maintain Salesforce Flows, automation and validation rules.
  • Support data management, deployments and system updates.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce B2B Commerce experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and storefront configuration.
  • Knowledge of buyer groups, entitlements, price books and catalogs.
  • Salesforce Administration, including user management and permissions.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows, debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (Mandatory).

Good to Have

  • Salesforce OMS experience.
  • SAP/ERP integration knowledge.
  • Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring or Data Cloud.
  • B2B Commerce Administrator Accredited Professional certification.
