I am looking for "Application Support Engineers" candidates for our Federal Government Client.

Previous experience in Service Desk, ICT Support, Application Support, Systems Administration or Enterprise Technology Operations.
Experience supporting business-critical applications in complex enterprise environments.
Strong analytical, diagnostic and technical troubleshooting skills.
Exposure to Windows and/or Linux environments, web applications, databases, APIs, middleware or enterprise integration technologies.
Familiarity with application monitoring, incident management and service management tools.
Understanding of ITIL principles and structured ICT service delivery practices.
Experience supporting application deployments, releases, upgrades and production environments.
Excellent communication, customer service and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Previous experience supporting Australian Federal Government or Defence ICT environments highly desirable.
ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, Azure or other relevant technical certifications highly desirable
