We’re hiring: Security Officer – Global Corporate Site | Sydney CBD

We’re seeking a licensed security professional with strong administrative and technical capabilities to support a global technology corporation in the Sydney CBD.

About the role

This is a client-facing position, combining front-line security operations with a strong administrative focus. You’ll play a key part in maintaining a safe and secure workplace while supporting the day-to-day running of the site through accurate reporting, clear communication and efficient use of digital systems.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with clients and stakeholders via email using a high standard of professional language

Learn and operate access control systems and internal reporting tools

Collaborate with the team through Slack

Create and manage documents in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Maintain accurate records, incident reports and site documentation

Deliver a professional, welcoming presence to staff and visitors

About you

  • Current NSW Security Licence
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally in a corporate setting
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Well presented, reliable and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment
