Project Manager

$230k - $280k package depending on exp.

Western Sydney

$30m hospital car park

10 + years' experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial construction.
Demonstrated capacity delivering projects over $20 million.
Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards, codes, and legislative requirements.
Advanced using construction software such as MS Project, Aconex or similar.
Experienced and capable in the use of Microsoft Project and the preparation of construction programmes for tendering and project delivery.
Competent user of office 365 programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
Would consider a Senior PE or Senior CA that's with a proven track record that's looking for a step up.

Providing leadership and guidance and ensuring a timely response.
High standard of personal integrity, the ability to professionally handle matters and exude the appropriate level of judgment and maturity.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
High level negotiation, influencing and dispute resolution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
