Head Chef

We're hiring: Head Chef at Santini's Restaurant & Bar, Hervey Bay

Santini's sits right on the Esplanade in Hervey Bay, serving Italian-inspired food with a relaxed coastal Australian spirit. We're now looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen on a long-term basis.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build something, not just run a pass.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience leading commercial kitchens in Australia

• Strong skills in menu development, food costing and stock control

• Ability to lead, train and organise a kitchen team

• Calm under pressure, consistent standards, good communication

• Full working rights in Australia
