About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our South Australian operations team in a full-time capacity. This is a hands-on leadership role based in Greater Adelaide, where you will oversee multiple restaurants and drive operational excellence. You will work alongside a collaborative team of Area Managers, sharing best practices and empowering Restaurant Managers to deliver high-performing results and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant Managers across daily operations and compliance.
• Conduct monthly audits and provide clear, constructive performance feedback.
• Drive KPI performance including Labour %, COGS, Profit, and Sales growth.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR matters including performance management.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and OHS compliance across the restaurant network.
• Provide after-hours operational support and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• Proven experience in multi-site, restaurant, or area management (QSR or hospitality preferred).
• Strong people leadership skills with a dedicated coaching and development mindset.
• Financially savvy with the ability to analyse P&L statements and manage KPIs.
• Organised and proactive, thriving in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Sound knowledge of HR, compliance, and operational best practices.
