Role: Capability Officer

6 months contract, possible extension

We’re seeking an experienced

Capability Officer to support the development, delivery and continuous improvement of project management capability within a large, complex organisation. You’ll help uplift project delivery maturity through learning programs, digital content and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate project capability programs and compliance activities
• Administer L&D initiatives and LMS activities (learners, reporting, content deployment)
• Develop and enhance eLearning and digital learning solutions
• Apply instructional design/adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences
• Build dashboards/reports to track learning outcomes and effectiveness
• Drive continuous improvement across capability tools, processes and resources

Qualifications:

• LMS admin + learning program coordination
• eLearning design/development (ideally Articulate 360 – Storyline/Rise)
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Reporting/insights (dashboards) and continuous improvement focus
