• Are you organised, friendly and ready to kick-start your career in administration?Approved Fire Gear is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our small, supportive team!We’re a family-owned fire protection business that helps keep people, workplaces and buildings safe. Behind our team of service technicians out on the road is a hardworking administration team that keeps everything running smoothly — and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of it! What will you be doing?No two days will be exactly the same! Your role will include: Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the right person</p>. Managing emails and assisting with general correspondence</p>. Filing, data entry, scanning and maintaining accurate record</p>s. Providing day-to-day support to all members of our administration tea</p>m. Assisting with the coordination and administration that supports our service technicians working out on si</p>te. Helping with paperwork, work orders, reports and other administrative tas</p>ks. Updating information in our computer systems and keeping records organis</p>ed. Welcoming visitors and helping create a friendly, professional first impressi</p>on. Pitching in wherever needed and learning new skills along the w</p>ay! What we're looking forWe’re not necessarily looking for years of experience — we're looking for the right attitude!
