Wood Motorcycle & Mower is a local dealership and workshop specialising in motorcycles, mowers and small engine equipment, providing sales, servicing, repairs and maintenance to customers across the region.

We’re looking for a reliable

Retail Sales Representative to support our workshop operations in Warrnambool.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
• Prepare quotes and process sales accurately
• Maintain product knowledge across motorcycles, mowers and outdoor power equipment
• Maintain showroom presentation and assist with stock replenishment
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up sales leads
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records
• Work closely with the parts and workshop teams
• Follow workplace health, safety and company procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and professional
• Good sales and negotiation skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in motorcycles, machinery or outdoor power equipment
