About the Role

We’re looking for an Engineering & Technical Recruiter to join our Fortitude Valley team, working with existing clients and growing your own desk across engineering and technical disciplines. If you’re an experienced recruiter looking for a fresh environment, greater ownership, a great team and the opportunity to be rewarded for your success, we’d love to hear from you. This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll build relationships, grow your desk and create great opportunities for clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships and growing your client and candidate network.
• Understanding people and businesses to make the right match beyond the CV.
• Managing the recruitment process from brief through to placement, solving problems along the way.
• Sharing ideas and celebrating wins as part of a team people genuinely enjoy working with.
• Owning your desk, building your market and client base your way.
• Sourcing, engaging and recruiting well using quality tools and resources.
• Growing your Engineering & Technical desk, building strong client relationships and being rewarded for your success.

Qualifications

• You already understand recruitment and know how to build relationships, manage expectations and grow a desk.

Required Skills

• Brings recruitment experience and wants real ownership of their desk.
• Enjoys autonomy, flexibility and working with a trusted team.
• Is commercially minded, relationship-focused and enjoys business development.
• Wants to be rewarded for success with competitive salary and uncapped commission.
