Advise employers on contentious and non-contentious employment and workplace relations matters.
Provide practical, commercially focused advice across employment and workplace safety issues.
Manage matters independently and develop strong relationships with corporate and government clients.
Work closely with clients to identify solutions to complex workplace issues.
Collaborate with colleagues and mentor junior lawyers within the practice.
Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the Workplace Relations & Safety team.

Experience across contentious and non-contentious employment law, ideally at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level.
Broad knowledge of employment and workplace safety matters.
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead matters, manage client relationships and support junior team members.
An interest in practice development, with full Australian working rights and a valid practising certificate.
