You will work across a broad range of sophisticated tax matters, including:

Tax Disputes & Litigation: ATO and state revenue authority reviews, regulatory investigations, objections and complex tax litigation.
Corporate & International Tax: Corporate tax advisory, transfer pricing, Part IVA, international tax issues and dispute resolution.
Private Wealth & Family Office: Advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices and large private groups on Division 7A, asset protection, succession planning and strategic tax matters.
Client Advisory: Working directly with sophisticated clients and senior practitioners to deliver commercially focused solutions to complex tax issues.

Senior Solicitor or Senior associate with experience in corporate tax gained in a reputable law firm or professional services environment
A strong background in corporate tax, ideally with exposure to tax controversy and litigation.
Experience in private wealth, family office, transfer pricing or international tax matters (highly regarded).
Strong technical capability, commercial judgement and confidence managing client relationships.
An interest in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the continued growth of the practice
