We're looking for a talented individual to join us in Sydney for a 6-month contract-to-hire position.

7+ years of software development experience, including significant experience with IBM BAW/BPM and IBM ODM.
Strong experience designing and implementing complex workflow solutions using IBM BAW.
Strong experience developing decision services and business rules using IBM ODM.
Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, MQ, JMS, and other integration technologies.
Strong understanding of BPM, workflow orchestration, case management, and business rule management concepts.
Experience with Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, JSON, and related technologies.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation.
Experience with government, regulatory, licensing, compliance, or customer service platforms.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.
Knowledge of microservices, cloud-native architectures, and event-driven integration patterns.
Understanding of business process modelling using BPMN.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
IBM BAW/BPM and/or IBM ODM certifications desirable.
Relevant enterprise application development certifications will be highly regarded.

IBM BAW process applications and workflow solutions.
IBM ODM decision services, rule sets, and decision tables.
Technical design and deployment documentation.
Automated business processes aligned to business and regulatory requirements.
Production-ready solutions meeting performance, security, and operational standards.
