Temporary Sourcing Specialist

Our Client

Troocoo is seeking an experienced Procurement / Sourcing Specialist for an immediate temporary opportunity within an established procurement team.

The Role

• Paying up to $59.00 an hour plus superannuation
• Woolloongabba location
• Opportunity to go permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and issue RFQs and RFTs for low to medium complexity procurements
• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and prepare sourcing documentation
• Coordinate supplier responses, evaluations and recommendations for contract award
• Negotiate pricing, scope and terms and conditions with suppliers
• Support category management team members with basic spend analysis and sourcing activities
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and manage competing deadlines

About You

• Ideally around five years of relevant procurement or sourcing experience
• Experience managing formal RFQ and RFT processes, ideally across the pre award lifecycle
• Experience working within a highly regulated environment would be highly regarded
• Confident supplier negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong written communication, attention to detail and organisational skills
• Available to start immediately and commit to an initial four week assignment
