Position: Project Manager - HV
Location: Regional NSW
Contract: 12-24-month fixed-term contract
Salary: $180,000–$190,000 base + superannuation
We are recruiting an experienced HV Project Manager to join a major Australian energy operator at an operational power station in NSW.
The site is undergoing significant infrastructure upgrades as it continues operating through the energy transition.
This role will lead the replacement of an existing 33kV switching station, managing delivery from design through to construction and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project delivery, budgets, schedules and risks.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and project requirements.
- Manage project reporting, cost control and documentation.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in HV project management.
- Electrical Engineering qualification
- Experience delivering HV substation or switching station projects
- Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
